I finally watched
A Walk to Remember
last night, after being told so many times (by different people) that I had to see it. I really loved it, it was so sad but so good!

I also want to reccomend the book
A Little Love Song
by Michelle Magorian, I finished it for the 2nd time a couple of days ago. When I first read it I think I was a little too young to understand it all but this time it was different! It's a very sweet story about two sisters in England during the 2nd world war and their struggles with life, love and becoming adults. It's just one of those books that leaves you with a big smile on your face after you finish it. Smile

Tack, tack! Jag är väl inte sådär supernöjd direkt men... när är man det? Filmen är i alla fall jättebra! *g*

Thank you! I'm not too pleased with how the wallpaper turned out (it was made really fast!) but at least it's something so I guess that's good since my inspiration level is still below zero!

I've been trying to think of a nice way to finish my stupid essay - it hasn't really been going well but we'll see...! The nice weather put me in reading mood though so I finished the book!

Oh right, you were celebrating new years later! That's why it's snowing again! It always snows for new years!

A Walk to Remember is a great movie! I've seen it many times! I love it! I even liked the movie better than the book. So sad, yet so beautiful.
Love the wallpaper too ^^

Thank you! Yeah, the movie is great but sad! I haven't read the book, is it very different from the movie?

Yes, the movie is quite different from the book. The book is set in the 50s, so there are many things that change. Landon's behaviour in the book doesn't compare to what he does in the movie. And Jamie is a lot more religious than she is in the movie. Anyway, it's still a good book.

Sounds cool, I might check it out some day! I really want to read the Notebook too, by the same author!

Thank you! Yeah, it's very romantic and sad! I found out about the book when it said "based on a novel by Nicholas Sparks" right in the beginning of the movie, before that I had no idea it was also a book! I haven't read it but maybe I'd like to some day!
