Summer sirens, we know where you are

Ingredients:
- Banana
- (Frozen) Blueberries
- (Frozen) Strawberries
- Apple juice
- Plain vanilla yoghurt
- Vanilla ice-cream
Basically put it all in a blender and mix it! How much you need of each ingredient depends on how thick you like your smoothie so there really aren't any strict rules, but for reference I used 1 banana, about 1 dl of starwberries and ½ dl of blueberries, 2 scoops of ice cream, 1 dl of yoghurt and ½-1 dl of apple juice. It also said in the recipe that the ice-cream can be left out and replaced with more yoghurt to make it more healthy.
When it's all mixed and smooth, pour it into glasses and enjoy! I think it's best when it's just made but you can also put it in the refrigerator and save it for later. :)
